Great service setting up my new computer.

My computer had so many issues and Brian did an outstanding job in identifying the problems and fixing them. He also provided me with many pointers on how to care for and extend the life of my computer. If I had not contacted Brian, I would probably have to purchase a new computer. Brian will be my go-to resource for any future computer needs that I may have. He is incredibly knowledgeable, dependable and trustworthy. I am thankful for the service that he provides.

Fast response and knowledgeable support and great recommendations

I was looking for an "in home" computer support service. I didn't really want to go through the process of unhooking a PC and lugging it down to the Big Box store and leave it for several weeks or so for repair and then go get it and get it all back together again. So, a quick google search located BC Services near me and decided to give them a try. Happy I did. I was able to book an appointment online instantly with as soon as same day availability for service. Brian with BC Services arrived promptly, addressed the issues with the PC, had it repaired, cleaned up and going again within the hour. I was so impressed with Brian's service, I booked another appointment with him for some network upgrades. Again, Brian arrived on time, addressed the network issues, had all of the new equipment (modem, router, mesh wifi system) installed in short order without any hiccups. Pricing for services is very reasonable in my opinion. Brian is a very knowlegable IT specialist with over 20 years of experience.
